Our Story

How Demolition and 3D Modeling Created the Ultimate Armory Display

About us

Hold and Point Mounts is proudly founded and operated in Canada by a father and his two sons team with a passion for creativity, design, and hands-on building. What started as a fun way to organize a growing collection of foam dart blasters quickly turned into a mission: to create durable, easy-to-use wall mount systems that make gear display simple, sharp, and satisfying. Each mount is thoughtfully designed in-house and built for everyday enthusiasts — from casual players to serious collectors. With both adhesive and screw-in mounting options included, you can conquer any surface without hassle. We’re here to help you keep your gear organized and proudly on display — one mount at a time.

Innovation Meets Quality - Our 3D printing machines allow us to create sleek, durable, and performance-tested mounts that traditional injection molding simply can’t match. Each product is made to order in a wide variety of colors. Thanks to our team of dedicated printers and a just-in-time production process, most orders ship within just a few days. This also gives us the freedom to launch new designs quickly — keeping our lineup fresh, relevant, and constantly evolving.

Our Story:the Evolution of the Armory

It started with a single foam blaster and a house turned into a battlefield.

I remember watching my sons, Clark and William, tear into those first boxes—the excitement was contagious. But as the years passed, the gear changed. The foam darts were replaced by high-speed BBs and paintball markers. The hobby didn't just grow; it evolved into a passion for precision, tactics, and high-end equipment.

From Chaos to Engineering

As the collection grew, so did the problem. We went from throwing toys into plastic bins to managing professional-grade gear that deserved respect. I’ve always believed that if you own it, you should honor it. Everything should have its place.

We searched for a mounting system that matched the quality of the builds we were collecting—something versatile, rugged, and low-profile. When we came up empty, we stopped looking and started building.

The Birth of "Over-Engineered"

What started as Clark’s school project in 3D modeling evolved into a deep-dive into structural engineering. We moved beyond simple brackets and into AutoCAD precision. We didn't just want it to look good; we wanted it to be rock-solid.

We established a "Break-to-Build" protocol: prototyping, destructive testing, and remodeling until every stress point was eliminated. We traded "good enough" for unapologetically over-engineered.

A Shared Mission

This journey has been about more than just mounts. It’s been about teaching my sons the value of quality control, the grit of entrepreneurship, and the pride of a job well done.

Today, Hold & Point is our way of helping you turn your "box of shame" into a professional armory. Whether you’re a renter looking for a clean-peel adhesive bond or a collector needing a 10lb-rated structural hold, we build for those who take their gear as seriously as we do.

Welcome to the Armory.
